Damages, Issues & Refund Policy

At Chonkers, we bake every cookie with love and care.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help!


If you receive:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect products

Please contact us at chonkersindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will assess the situation and offer a resolution, which may include a refund or a replacement, at our discretion.


Refunds

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 working days, please contact us at chonkersindia@gmail.com.


Important Notes:

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

  • As our products are freshly made and perishable, we cannot accept refund requests based on taste preferences or delays caused by third-party delivery services.

  • Refunds or replacements are offered solely at the discretion of Chonkers.
