Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help!

We will assess the situation and offer a resolution, which may include a refund or a replacement, at our discretion.
Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
